Titan Environmental is proud to announce the launch of the Titan Road Design Calculator — a new online design tool built to simplify geogrid-supported road design for engineers, contractors, and project owners.
Now available directly through the Titan website, the calculator provides fast, accessible roadway design support using industry-recognized methodologies for both paved and unpaved applications.
At launch, users can choose between two design methods:
Giroud-Han Method
Ideal for unpaved road applications, this methodology helps evaluate rut-depth performance and aggregate optimization for temporary roads, haul roads, and soft subgrade conditions.
Modified AASHTO 1993 Method
Designed for higher-traffic paved and unpaved road systems, this approach supports structural roadway design focused on long-term performance.
The calculator supports several Titan solutions, including:

Users can instantly view roadway design calculations and recommendations directly within the platform by entering project-specific inputs. For more advanced analysis, the calculator can also generate a detailed PDF design summary that is instantly delivered to the user’s email.
Developed with usability in mind, the platform allows users to quickly evaluate geogrid reinforcement options without requiring specialized software or downloads.
