At Titan, our commitment goes beyond the job site—we believe in giving back to the communities we call home. Our team members regularly roll up their sleeves to make a difference, whether it’s through hands-on volunteering, backing local initiatives, or raising funds for meaningful causes. From cooking meals at the Ronald McDonald House to supporting cancer research, children’s health, and seasonal donation drives, we’re proud to take action where it counts.
Titan Legends Cup Charity Tournament
One of our signature community initiatives is the Titan Legends Cup—an annual charitable golf tournament held in support of Ronald McDonald House Charities. Hosted in one of the communities we serve, the event brings together partners, colleagues, and local supporters for a day of golf, connection, and giving back. In its inaugural year, the tournament raised $20,000 to help keep families close during hospital stays. With spirited competition, a lively awards dinner (complete with a mechanical bull!), and a shared sense of purpose, the Legends Cup has quickly become a highlight of our community calendar—and we’re proud to grow its impact year after year.
Community Support & Sponsorship

From volunteering at Ronald McDonald House and participating in the Terry Fox Run, to supporting local schools, youth programs, and creative initiatives like independent film festivals, our team is actively involved in causes that matter. Health & Wellness
Titan is committed to health and wellness, both in our communities and within our teams. Externally, we proudly contribute to children’s hospitals and health-focused organizations across Canada and the U.S., including the Stollery Children’s Hospital Foundation, Make-A-Wish Canada, and the Dr. Goodbear Golf Tournament.
Internally, we prioritize the well-being of our people by providing access to mental health resources, offering wellness credits, and supporting a healthy work-life balance through flexible benefits.
