Dear Customers and Partners,
As the world continues to navigate the changing climate with the COVID-19 pandemic, Titan continues to make the well-being of our customers, employees, and their families a top priority. We remain fully operational and continue to abide by government mandated policies in all areas where we operate to help keep everyone safe.
Here’s what we are doing:
Day-to-Day Operations- We are encouraging our employees to participate in government vaccine programs.
- We have implemented internal cleaning processes for frequently touched office surfaces.
- Customers who would like to visit our facilities may do so following local governments’ COVID policies.
- We are continuing to allow customers who would like to pick up orders to call ahead to schedule pick-ups.
- We are continuing to allow drivers of transport trucks, either picking up or delivering materials, to call us on arrival for loading or unloading.
- We are continuing to allow customers the option to have paperwork handled electronically and have payments processed over the phone via credit card.
- Frequently washing hands with warm water and soap as well as before/after eating, drinking, or smoking. Use hand sanitizer if available.
- Wearing gloves at all times whenever possible.
- Sanitizing all hand tools and equipment before and after use. Use disinfectant wipes.
- Practicing social distancing—no shaking hands or intimate contact with others and maintaining a 6ft distance from other workers.
- Wearing N95 masks if social distancing is not possible.
- Working in small groups and distance yourself from other trades and personnel.
